Two mates, one overheated Cape Town sauna, and a shared refusal to leave the room early. We couldn't find a proper felt hat locally, so we sat down and made one. Just the one, done properly.

Returns & Refunds

Hygiene Policy

Sauna hats are high-heat, high-sweat personal items. For strict hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used hats.

Unopened Items

If you change your mind, we accept returns on completely unopened, unused, and sealed hats within 7 days of delivery. The return shipping costs via The Courier Guy will be for your account.

Defective Goods

We stand by the quality of our products. If your hat arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 6 Months of delivery. Email with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange collection at our cost and provide either a full refund or a free replacement. (Note: This does not cover normal wear and tear or improper washing).
